Summer Farm Shares SOLD OUT!

Morning, Folks! We are now SOLD OUT of our Summer Farm Shares. Thank you to all that have purchased a share. Your support of the farm during this time means so much to us. We believe eating fresh, local, nutrient dense and naturally grown produce will help encourage a strong immune system and good health in our community.

If you missed your chance to purchase a share, you can still buy Native Hill Farm produce at our Farm Stand, open 7 days a week, from 10am-6pm, mid-May to October. We will also be at the Larimer County Farmers' Market, May 23 - October 31, 2020 from 9am-1pm at the Larimer County Courthouse parking lot (200 W. Oak St in Old Town, Fort Collins).

We still have some Winter Farm Shares available. Eat Native Hill all year long!
